I was planning on doing a teaser from the book, " Wildflowers from Winter " which is the debut novel by Katie Gansher, since today is the day of it's release, but I started a different book over the weekend and haven't finished it yet, so I'm doing a teaser from that book. 

Book Description

My Teaser

My heart slammed in my chest, and blood began to pound in my head. Then anger and adrenaline boiled their way into my mouth, and I shook with the taste of it.
